We have four options to gather the required information to do a Manual J

  1. Fill in the form at the middle of this page that covers all of the essential details to provide you with an accurate Manual J.

  2. Click this link to download a PDF form with the required information. You can print it out, fill it in, and email us a picture, or you can use a PDF reader to select your options

  3. Copy the details off of the PDF above, paste into an email, and type your information into the body of the email. We will use age based defaults for any line left blank.

  4. Email us the following to Office@LoadCalcEnergyAdvisory.com:

    • The property address

    • Floor plan - architectural or hand drawn

    • Wall Insulation R-value

    • Ceiling insulation R-value

    • Ceiling height for each floor

    • Window & door sizes, and year installed

    • Appliances you own, such as a stove, laundry machine, etc.
